What is the purpose of eye creams?

Squinting and constant movement of the eyes also hasten the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and fluids collect under the eyes and cause puffiness and dark circles. Eye creams can address some of these issues. Fine lines and wrinkles come from both sun damage and your skin making less collagen as you age.


What age should you start using eye cream?

Rule of thumb: When it comes to skincare, the earlier the better. Many people start using eye cream in their 30s—when they start noticing the first subtle crease on the outer corner of their eyes—but even before you see a wrinkle, you can start as early as your 20s. That's because the best results come from prevention.


Is eye cream just Moisturiser?

Basically, eye creams are just specially formulated moisturizers meant to be used on a specific area of skin. The skin around the eyes is uses often because expression is 24/7. Its important to use a cream that is healthy for your eyes.

How often should I use eye cream?

The ideal time depends on your preferences and goals. But regardless of the time, you should only apply eye cream once every 12 hours. There's no need to reapply the same product throughout the day or night.


Is it OK to put eye cream on eyelids?

Remember: Don't get too close to your eye to avoid irritation. Also, unless the product label directs you to, avoid applying on or near your eyelids.
