Why I Get Up Between 5 & 6 Am...



Over the years Ive often stayed up late and got up about 9 Am.

But something changed...

One morning I woke up at 4 Am.. I could not go back to sleep.

So I got up let the dog out and open my Bible and read then felt energized to start the day.

I made 2 Loaves of Bread and then proceeded to make Lotion bars..

Seems like thy are fab for men! I made a couple of dozen then proceeded back to the kitchen to fill the crock pot with meat and vegs ...

By then i was ready for something in my system.

Im not usually a breakfast eater or coffee drinker but i need something.




So out comes the Ninja. and i make my morning smoothie.

1 Apple 1 Orange Cup of mixed berries.

1 scoop of protein powder ( I like Vanilla) and a scoop of

beet powder ( Lowered my Blood Pressure)

This is very energetic and filling.

Since the Holidays are here I turn on the Christmas Music and lights and enjoy the morning.

Watching the sun come up is so refreshing. I wish I had done this sooner.


Now its nearing 9 am and I am really getting things done. And, I have the energy to do it.

On to laundry or something else.

But inside of me i'm feeling accomplished and its only 9 AM.

with a day ahead of me I can shop Sing Pray cook and enjoy!
